Ingredients:
Amount Ingredient
3 can oysters or 1 1/2 Pts. fresh oysters, (8 oz.. each)
1 can French fried onions, (3 1/2 oz.)
1/4 cup light cream
2 tbl grated Parmesan cheese
2 tbl butter or margarine
Instructions:
Instructions: If fresh, cook in 1/4 cup melted butter until edges curl.

Spread 3/4 cup of onions in a well-greased round baking dish 8x2 inches.

Cover with oysters.

Pour cream over oysters.

Combine remaining onions and cheese. Sprinkle over top.

Dot with butter.

Bake in a very hot oven, 450 degrees, for 8 to 10 minutes or until lightly browned.
