Instructions: Slice the tofu 1/2" thick and dry the slices with a paper towel. Reserve.
Into a large open baking dish pour the orange juice, soy sauce and chile. Slide the tofu slices into the pan, spooning juice over the tofu. Broil until the dish is bubbly. Serve with rice and a green vegetable. Email this Recipe:
