	----------------- SIFT TOGETHER ----------------
1/2 cup	Flour
2 tsp	Baking powder
1/4 tsp	Salt
	----------------- FROSTING ----------------
2 tbl	Hot orange juice
3 tbl	Melted butter
1/2 tsp	Lemon extract
1/8 tsp	Salt

Instructions:

Instructions: Add sifted dry ingredients to batter alternately with 1 cup milk. Lastly, fold in 3 (beaten stiff) egg whites. Pour in cupcake tins and bake at 350 about 20 minutes. Frost with following frosting:
