2/3 cup	Bread Flour (1 C + 2 T)
3/4 cup	Whole-Wheat Flour (1/2 C)
3/4 cup	Rolled Oats (1/2 C)
3 tbl	Wheat Germ (2 T)
3 tbl	Nonfat Dry Milk Powder (2 T)
1/2 tsp	Ground Cinnamon (1 T)
1/2 tbl	Orange Zest Grated, (1 T)
3 tbl	Vegetable Oil *Note, (2 T)
3 tbl	Honey (2 T)
3/4 tsp	Salt (1/2 T)

Instructions:

Instructions: This moist, flavorful whole grain bread travels well. For breakfast, serve with fruit and yogurt or alongside scrambled eggs.

*NOTE: I omitted the oil completed.

Add all ingredients in the order suggested by your bread machine manual and process on the basic bread cycle according to the manufacturers directions.

Quite good.
