Instructions: In large bowl, combine flours, wheat germ, sugar, coconut, baking soda and salt. In small bowl, blend sour cream, ergs and oranges. Stir into flour mixture just until moistened. Fold in nuts. Spoon into buttered 2 1/2-inch muffin cups, filling 2/3 full. Bake in preheated 400 oven 18 to 20 minutes or until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean. Remove from pan. Cool on wire rack.
Makes about 12 muffins Karen Says: I made these for breakfast this morning and they were a definate hit! DH liked them so well he took most of them that were left (after the kids got them) to work to share with his friends. This is a definate keeper and I do hope to make it again and again!
