Instructions: (1) Place all ingredients in bread pan,
2. Select DOUGH setting, press start 3. When dough has risen long enough, the machine will beep. 4. Turn off machine, remove bread pan 5. turn out dough onto a lightly floured counter top or cutting board. 6. In small bowl combine coconut, granulated sugar, and grated orange rind for filling. 7. Set Aside Grease two 9" round cake pans. With a sharp knife, divide dough in half With a rolling pin, roll each piece into 12x8 rectangle. 8. For the filling, brush each rectangle w/1 T of melted butter. 9. sprinkle filling mixture evenly on top. 10. Starting at the long end, roll up dough, 11. pinch seam to seal. 12. With knife and seam side down, lightly mark the roll into 1" sections 13. Slide a 12" piece of dental floss or heavy thread underneath. 14. By bringing ends of floss up and crisscrossing them at the top of each mark, you can cut thru the roll by pulling the strings in opposite directions. 15. Place rolls cut side up in prepared pan(s). 16. Cover/let rise in a warm oven 30-45 minutes till doubled. 17. Preheat oven to 350i. 18. Bake 30 minutes until golden. 19. Remove from oven; then invert onto a serving dish. (20)Allow rolls to cool slightly. (21)Meanwhile, in a small bowl, combine sugar and orange juice for the icing. (adding enough orange juice to make the icing thin enough to drizzle) (22) When rolls have cooled slightly, drizzle icing on top. (23) Serve warm Email this Recipe:
