3 oz	Cream cheese, softened
1 tsp	Butter
1 tbl	Orange juice
1/2 tsp	Grated orange peel

Instructions:

Instructions: In small bowl cream softened cream cheese , and butter or margarine, softened. Stir in orange juice and grated orange peel. Gradually beat in confectioners sugar until smooth.

NOTES : Perfect for gingerbread.
