Constantly Combine orange juice and cornstarch. Mix |

Beat egg yolk in small bowl until thick. Stir about 1/4 |

Hot mixture into yolk, then add to remaining hot |

Mixture, stirring constantly. Cook until thickened. |

Remove from heat and stir in honey and vanilla. |
