Recipe for Orange Decorated Wassail

Ingredients:

6 whl	oranges (scored and
	Decorated With cloves)
1 gal	apple juice
1 qt	Cranberry juice
1/2 cup	Sugar
1 tsp	Bitters
4 stk	cinnamon
100 x	Cloves
2 tsp	Allspice

Instructions:

Instructions: Tie cinnamon, cloves, and allspice in a cheese cloth bag.

Combine all ingredients in a large pot. Bring to a boil and simmer 15 minutes.

Remove spice bag. Pour wassail and oranges into large punch bowl.

Place a small pitcher of Apple Jack Brandy beside the bowl so that each guest may add to their cup to taste.

Perfect for Christmas Open House.
