Instructions: Preheat oven to 350 F.

Cream together butter, sugar, orange zest and juice and vanilla.

Stir in eggs and orange sections.

Fold in flour.

Roll into 2-inch balls, place 2 inches apart on greased cookie sheet and press with floured fork.

Bake for 10 - 12 minutes or until edges are darkened.

Yield: 14 large cookies
