1/4 cup	Plus 2 tablespoons sugar
2 tbl	Butter
1 tbl	Plus 1 1/2 teaspoons freshly grated orange peel
1 tbl	Lemon juice

Instructions:

Instructions: Combine all ingredients and cook in double boiler stirring constantly, until thickened. Chill until cool.
