Instructions: Leave butter out until soft and whip until it turns white. Add remaining ingredients; set aside. Just before serving, place 1 TB orange garlic butter on top of stuffed romaine; melt. Suggestions: Use as an appetizer; garnish with sliced blanched carrots in Grand Marnier.
