Instructions: INSTRUCTIONS: Spray a non-stick skillet with cooking spray and heat over medium-high heat until hot. Add chicken and brown on all sides. Remove chicken from skillet and add all other ingredients except the bell pepper.
Bring to a boil, then return chicken to the skillet. Reduce heat, cover and simmer chicken for 15 minutes. Add bell pepper and continue simmering for 5 more minutes. Remove chicken and pepper to a platter. Thicken sauce, if desired, with a little cornstarch dissolved in a small quantity of water. Pour sauce over chicken and serve. Email this Recipe:
