Ingredients:

2 lb Halibut fillets, cut into 4 pieces
2 lrg Orange, juiced
1 bn Green onions, chopped
3 cup Oyster sauce
2 cup Dry sherry
2 cup Red wine vinegar
1 cup Plum sauce
1 cup Orange zest
1 cup Ginger root, grated
1 cup Sugar
3/4 cup Toasted sesame seeds
Instructions:
Instructions: Make the marinate by blending all wet and dry ingredients together in a medium size bowl and whisk until blended. Place fish in bowl and marinate the Halibut in the marinade for about 1 hour. Brush hot grill with a little olive oil and broil fish on both sides until it flakes. Glaze with extra marinade and garnish with slice of orange and cilantro for color.
