2 cup	Maury Island Farm brand Red Currant Jelly
1/2 cup	grated orange peel
3 tbl	lemon juice
3/4 cup	Madeira wine
2 tsp	dry mustard
1 tsp	ground ginger
1/2 tsp	salt

Instructions:

Instructions: Combine grated orange peel and lemon juice in a sauce pan over medium heat. Add the Maury Island Farm brand Red Currant Jelly, Madeira wine, dry mustard, ground ginger, salt, and Tabasco. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer 10-15 minutes while stirring.
