1 cup orange juice
orange zest grated, from 1 orange
2 x Cloves Garlic finely chopped
1/2 tsp Dried Thyme crumbled
1/2 tsp Dried Rosemary crumbled
2 tbl Balsamic Vinegar
2 tsp Dijon Mustard
2 tsp Firmly Packed Brown Sugar
1 tbl cornstarch
Instructions:
Instructions: Salt And Pepper - to taste

In a small saucepan, combine the orange juice, orange zest, garlic, herbs, vinegar, mustard, sugar, and cornstarch. Bring to a boil over moderate heat, whisking occasionally.

Simmer the mixture, stirring until lightly thickened. Remove from the heat.

Heat the broiler.

Arrange the chicken wings on the broiler pan. Broil about 6 inches from the heat for 5 minutes on each side. Add seasoning, then liberally baste the wings with the glaze. Broil 3 minutes more on each side, or until cooked through.

Remove to a platter and serve.

Makes 16 appetizers.
