8 med parsnips - (to 10) peeled, and
cut into 1/4" thick sticks
water
1 tsp salt
2 tbl butter or margarine
2 tbl honey
1/2 tsp seasoned salt
1/4 cup orange juice
Instructions:
Instructions: Cover parsnips with water in slow-cooking pot; add salt. Cover and cook on HIGH for 2 to 4 hours or until tender. Drain.

Meanwhile, in saucepan, melt butter, stir in honey, seasoned salt, orange juice and peel. Heat to boiling. Pour over drained parsnips.

This recipe yields 5 servings.
