Instructions: Stir sugar into water. Place on high heat and, stirring constantly, bring quickly to a full rolling boil that cannot be stirred down. Add lemon juice. Boil hard for 1 minute.
Remove from heat. Stir in pectin. Add thawed, concentrated orange-grapefruit juice and mix well. Pour immediately into hot containers, seal and process 5 minutes in a boiling water. Remove jars; cool and store. This recipe yields 5 six-ounce glasses. Yield: 5 six-ounce glasses Email this Recipe:
