3/4 cup	Honey (preferably orange blossom honey)
1 tsp	Butter
1 tbl	Grated orange rind
1/4 cup	Orange juice

Instructions:

Instructions: 1. In 1-quart saucepan, heat honey and butter just until bub- bly. Remove from heat and stir in orange rind, orange juice, and the orange extract.

2. Pour into a jar or container. Seal and store in the refrigerator. Reheat to serve warm.
