In a large bowl, blend jelly, vinegar, salt and red pepper. Add tomatoes, onion, cilantro and jalapenos. Grate zest from oranges and add to bowl. Peel oranges, section and add pulp to bowl. Toss gently; adjust seasonings. Like most relationships, this is better after some time has passed and the flavors have had a chance to work things out. Email this Recipe:
