1 env unflavored gelatin

Instructions: Ds Salt 4 Eggs; separated 1/2 c Orange juice 1/3 c Lemon juice 1/4 c Water 1/2 ts Orange peel; grated 1/2 ts Lemon peel; grated 1/3 c Sugar 1 Baked 9" pie shell Whipped cream -or whipped dessert topping Stir together gelatin, 1/2 cup sugar and salt in saucepan.

Beat together egg yolks, orange juice, lemon juice, and water. Blend into gelatin mixture. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture comes to a boil and gelatin is dissolved. Remove from heat; stir in orange and lemon peels. Chill, stirring occasionally, until mixture is partially set.

Beat egg whites until soft peaks form. Gradually add 1/3 cup sugar, beating until stiff peaks form. Fold into gelatin mixture. Spoon lightly into pie shell; chill until set. Serve garnished with whipped cream.
