Amount	Ingredient
3/4 cup	Mayonnaise
1 tsp	Grated orange rind
1 x	Egg white
1/4 cup	Orange juice

Instructions:

Instructions: Mix all ingredients, except egg white. Set aside. Beat egg white to soft peaks. Fold into mayonnaise mixture.

Makes 1 cup. Excellent for fruit
salads.
