Instructions: Any citrus fruit or combination of citrus fruits can be used. The cooking times will vary with the different fruits. For this recipe I have chosen navel
oranges. 3 Sweethearts navel oranges 1 1/2 cups water , 3 cups sugar Quarter Sweethearts navels and chop finely (processor or blender works fine). Place in deep dish with water. Cook on high for 10 minutes or until rind is tender. Stir in sugar. Cook on high for 18 minutes, stirring occasionally until marmalade gels when tested on cold saucer.
