Instructions: 1. Cream butter.
2. Add egg; beat well. Add orange rind, juice, sifted dry ingredients and pecans. Mix well. 3. Shape into a roll (or rolls), wrap in waxed paper and place in refrigerator for several hours, or overnight. 4 With a sharp knife, slice thin, and place on greased cookie sheets. 5.
