Instructions: Dice pork into half inch pieces and set aside. Combine cornstarch, stir-fry sauce and juice concentrate; add pork and stir to coat well. Pour oil into wok over medium heat. When oil is hot, add pork mixture and stir for 3-4 minutes until thoroughly cooked. Add in cashews and stir until mixed well. Garnish with orange slices and serve hot.
