Instructions: Slice the beef and place into a marinade for 20 minutes. Heat a wok and add a little sesame oil. Stir the beef around in the marinade and drain the ingredients into a colander.
Place beef into the hot wok and brown (keep warm).
Sauce: Add the garlic, ginger and onion to the pan and stir fry. Add the chillies and orange zest. Add stock, rice wine, black bean sauce and sugar.
Simmer and reduce to desired consistency.
Serve the sauce with the beef.
