Instructions: Blend butter, sugar, and grated orange rind. Gradually add orange juice and whip thoroughly. Trim edges off breads slices and cut each slice into halves or quarters. Spread bread with orange mixture and toast under the broiler until lightly browned. Serve warm or cold.
