Recipe for Orange Streusel Coffee Cake

1 cup	brown sugar, packed
1/2 cup	butter
2 x	eggs, well beaten
2 cup	all-purpose flour
1 pch	salt
3 tsp	baking powder
1/2 cup	orange juice
1/2 cup	milk
2 tsp	vanilla
1 tsp	grated orange rind
	----------------- STREUSEL TOPPING ----------------
2 tsp	grated orange rind
3 tbl	butter

Instructions:

Instructions: Cream butter and brown sugar. Add eggs. Sift dry ingredients together and add to the butter-sugar mixture. Beat well and add orange juice and milk.

Blend in vanilla and orange rind. Pour into a 9-inch greased square pan; sprinkle with Streusel Topping. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 45 minutes.

Streusel Topping:
Mix until crumbly in texture.
