1 lb	Cream cheese room temperature
8 tbl	Unsalted butter room temperature
2 cup	Sifted confectioners sugar
1 tsp	Vanilla extract

Instructions:

Instructions: In the large bowl of an electric mixer, beat cream cheese and butter until smooth. Gradually add sugar and vanilla and beat on low speed for several minutes until smooth. Using a wooden toothpick, add food-coloring paste to desired color.

Makes about 3 cups.
