Instructions: In a large resealable plastic storage bag, combine all the ingredients except the turkey cutlets; mix well.
Add the cutlets, covering them completely with the marinade; seal the bag. Marinate the cutlets in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours, turning occasionally. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Remove the turkey from the marinade, reserving the marinade. In a small saucepan, bring the reserved marinade to a boil over high heat. Grill the turkey with the grill lid covered for 2 to 3 minutes per side, or until no pink remains, basting occasionally with the boiled marinade. This recipe yields 4 servings.
