Instructions: * Washed well, 2 left whole & 2 length-wise halved, seeded and thinly sliced
** Stuck into the whole oranges Combine all ingredients in a glass bowl and marinate 6 hours (or overnight) at room temperature. In a large stainless steel pot, bring mixture to a boil. Reduce heat to medium-high and boil gently until liquid is reduced by about one-third (about 15 minutes). Place the clove-studded whole oranges in two jars and strain the wine into them. Serve cold.
