Ingredients:

3/4 cup Shortening
1 cup Brown sugar
1/2 cup Molasses
1 x Egg
2 tbl Orange zest, fine grated
1/4 cup Flour
1 tbl Ginger
1 tsp Cinnamon
2 tsp Baking soda
1/2 tsp Salt
----------------- COATING ----------------
1 tbl Zest
Instructions:
Instructions: Mix all in order given. Scoop out balls of dough and drop into coating.

Toss, then place on cooking sheet and flatten with the palm of your hand.

Crystal coating of sugar on moist orange-ginger cookies .... heaven is a hot cookie!
