Instructions: Alternate slices of jicama and orange on serving platter. Sprinkle with optional chile powder, salt, and cilantro and drizzle with lime juice. Serve at room temperature.
Serves 4 Review: Try this with blood orange juice. -patH NOTES : Jicama, sometimes called a Mexican potato, has a nutty, slightly sweet flavor and the crunchy texture of a water chestnut.
