1 x	Lemon, cut into quarters
2 x	Bay leaves
1 tsp	Fresh thyme
1 tsp	Juniper berries, crushed
2 tbl	Molasses
1/2 tsp	Chilli peppers, crushed

Instructions:

Instructions: Combine all the marinade ingredients and squeeze the lemon quarters to release their juices.

Marinate the bird for several hours.
