1 x fresh turkey breast (5 pounds or more)
2 cup freshly squeezed orange juice
2 tsp ground sage
1 tsp grated orange peel
1 tsp dried thyme leaves
1/2 tsp freshly ground white pepper
1/2 tsp salt
2 cup frozen raspberries unthawed
1/3 cup sugar
Instructions:
Instructions: Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place the turkey breast in a roasting pan. Pour orange juice over turkey; rub turkey with sage, orange peel, thyme, salt and white pepper.

Cover and roast at 350 degrees, cook for 20 minutes per pound or until meat thermometer reads 175 degrees F. Baste occasionally.

Mix raspberries, Grand Marnier and sugar together. Uncover turkey and pour raspberries onto the sides of the turkey the last 15 minutes of baking time. Let turkey stand 10 minutes before slicing. Serve raspberries over turkey slices.
