500 gm Orecchiette (preferibly fresh not dry)
300 gm Broccoli (frozen one are easer to cook)
Olive oil
2 x Clove of GARLIC
Instructions:
Instructions: Fry in 100 gr. oil the garlic in a large frying-pan, add the broccoli

(already 1/2 cooked if fresh, defrosted if frozen), and let them cook low fire for 15/20 minutes covert by a lid, so the steem does not go. when the broccoli are ready put the orecchiette very al dente in the pan together with the broccoli and a little of the orecchiette cooking water finish the cooking. Serve hot, with pecorino romano on request.
