1 can OregoN Gooseberries (16.5 ounces)
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 tbl cider vinegar plus
2 tsp cider vinegar
1/8 tsp salt
ground allspice
cinnamon
Instructions:
Instructions: Combine in saucepan:
1 can (16.5 ounces) OregoN Gooseberries
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 tablespoon plus 2 teaspoons cider vinegar 1/8 teaspoon salt

Simmer for about 40 minutes, stirring occasionally.

During last 10 minutes: 1/4 of 1/4 (dont overdo) of each of the ingredients to follow:
ground allspice
cinnamon
ground cloves

May be packed in sterile jars for storage or kept in the refrigerator.
