Instructions: Dissolve gelatin in boiling water; stir in cold water. Pour into 8 x 8 x 2-inch baking pan. Chill until firm.
Coarsely chop 5 cookies; fold into whipped topping. Cut gelatin into cubes. Spoon half the gelatin cubes into 4 parfait glasses; top with half the whipped topping mixture. Repeat layers. Chill until serving time. Halve remaining cookies; use to garnish parfaits. Email this Recipe:
