Ingredients:

2 tbl Sesame oil
250 gm Smoked back bacon de-rinded and cut into, (8oz) strips
4 x Salad onions, diagonally sliced
1 x Red pepper, de-seeded and sliced
175 gm Beansprouts, (6oz)
125 gm Mangetouts, (4oz)
2 tbl Soy sauce
2 tsp Wholegrain mustard
1 tbl Clear honey
Salt and freshly ground pepper
Instructions:
Instructions: 1. Heat the oil in a large frying pan or wok. Fry the bacon and salad onions for 4-5 minutes over a moderate heat,stirring occasionally.

2. Add the remaining ingredients and stir fry for a further 4-5 minutes.

Transfer to a warmed serving plate and serve immediately with rice or noodles. As an alternative, for a firmer bite, use 2 bacon steaks cut into thin strips instead of the bacon rashers.

All recipes can be made using standard, tender sweet or Dry Cure bacon.

NOTES : A delicious oriental stir fry, ideal served with egg noodles or rice.
