Instructions: If using wooden skewers, soak them in water for 15 to 20 minutes.
Preheat the grill or broiler. In a small bowl, combine all the ingredients except the steak (and the skewers); mix well. Add the steak, cover, and marinate in the refrigerator for 20 minutes. Thread the steak like a ribbon onto the skewers and grill or broil for 5 to 6 minutes, or until desired doneness. NOTE: These are not the typical American type of kebabs because theyve got only meat on them. So, why not grill some colorful veggies alongside your kebabs, for serving with them?
