Instructions: In large pot, prepare pasta in boiling water as directed, but do not add salt. Reserve 1/2 cup pasta water. Meanwhile in skillet, heat 1 tsp Canola oil over medium-high heat. Add garlic and ginger, stirring constantly until garlic starts to brown. Remove from heat. Add the soy sauce, vinegar, and sesame oil to the skillet. Once pasta is done, add the 1/2 cup reserved pasta water to the skillet. Drain the pasta. Heat the skillet over medium heat. Add pasta and veggies. Toss until heated.
