Recipe for Orlandos Sicilian Baked Sausage

Ingredients:

Amount	Ingredient
1 x	red bell pepper, julienned
	diced with juice
1 x	green bell pepper, julienned
1/2 lb	Italian sausage
2 x	onions, sliced
	cut into 2" pieces
2 med	potatoes, diced in
2 tbl	dried basil
1 lrg	chunks
	salt and pepper to taste.

Instructions:

Instructions: Combine all ingredients in large covered casserole and bake in a 350F oven for 1 1/2 hours. Do not add any water. I use the hot sausage.
