Instructions: In a skillet, heat oil over medium heat. Cook and stir the mushrooms and onion in hot oil until the onion is tender. Stir in orzo. Cook; stir about 2 mins more or until orzo is lightly browned.
Remove from heat. Carefully stir in the broth, carrot, marjoram & pepper. Bring to boiling; reduce heat. Simmer, covered, about 15 mins or until orzo is tender but still firm.
