Instructions: Melt the butter in a small saucepan. Add the walnuts and cook until lightly browned, about 1 minute. Grate the cheese. Cook the orzo in boiling salted water until just done, about 5 minutes, and drain. Return the orzo to the pan and stir in the cream, cheese, salt and pepper. Add the walnuts and chives and serve at once.
