Instructions: Saute mushrooms via your favorite method; I use salted water. Bring chicken
broth to boil, add mushrooms, orzo, and chicken. Cover. Cook over low heat, stirring occasionally, 15-20 minutes, until broth is mostly absorbed and orzo is tender. Serves 2 hungry people. Optional Creamy Carrot Sauce: Micro 3/4 cup frozen crinkle-cut carrots. I then put the carrots in the blender, chopped them a little, and then added the cream soup base (see recipe; use 1/3 cu mix with 1 1/4cup cold water) and blended until the whole mixture was smooth.
