2 tbl coarsely chopped walnuts
1 x garlic clove, peeled
1/2 cup torn spinach
1/2 cup trimmed arugula
3 tbl grated parmesan cheese
2 tbl water
1 tsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/2 tbl olive oil
----------------- REMAINING INGREDIENTS ----------------
2 cup hot cooked orzo, (about 1 cup uncooked rice-shaped pasta)
Instructions:
Instructions: 1. To prepare pesto, drop walnuts and garlic through food chute with processor on; process until minced. Add spinach and next 6 ingredients (spinach through pepper); process until finely minced. With processor on, slowly pour oil through food chute; process until well blended.

2. Combine pesto, orzo, and peas in a large bowl, and toss well.

Yield: 8
servings (serving size: 1/2 cup).
