Instructions: Just fry the meat a little bit, add water, salt and pepper and cook them about 20 min., then add the rest of the ingredients and put a lit (dont know if this is the correct word, but I want to say to put on the casseroles thing that covers it on the top) on it and let almost all the liquid evaporate. This is really easy, but it takes 2 or 3 hours for the liquids to evaporate.
