1/4 cup Peanut oil
1/2 lb Boned and skinned chicken breast halves Cut 1/2 inch thick
1 cup Celery diagonally sliced
1/2 head Bok Choy cut 1 inch thick
1 x 10 oz can Bamboo shoots Drained
1 x 10 oz can Water Chestnuts Drained
1 lb Bean Sprouts Washed
1 x Clove Garlic Minced
1 tsp Fresh Ginger Peeled and chopped
1 tsp Monosodium glutamate
1 cube Chicken bouillon cube Dissolved
1 tbl Brown Sugar
1 tsp Salt
1/8 cup Soy Sauce
1 tbl Corn Starch
Instructions:
Instructions: Pour oil into WOK. Preheat, uncovered, for 4 minutes at Hi. Make sure all foods are sliced , measured and arranged on a large platter before starting.)

Place 1/4 of meat in hot oil and stir-fry for 2 minutes. Push up the side.

Repeat with remaining meat. Push up the side.

Add celery and stir-fry for 2 minutes. Push up the side.

Add bean sprouts and stir-fry for 2 minutes. Push up the side.

Add Garlic and Ginger. Stir-fry for 1 minute. Mix all ingredients in WOK and push up the side.

Add Water Chestnuts and bamboo shoots, stir-fry for 2 minutes. Push up side.

Add cabbage and stir-fry for 2 minutes or till limp. Push up the side.

Add brown sugar, salt, soy sauce, bouillon cube and monosodium glutamate.

Mix all ingredients and push up side.

Mix corn starch and cold water. Pour into liquid in center of WOK mixing rapidly. When liquid thickens stir-fry/mix all ingredients. Serve immediately with chow mein noodles.
