Instructions: Beat eggs until fluffy, adding sugar gradually. Fold in Eagle Brand. Add Half and Half and vanilla and pour into ice cream freezer (6 quart size).

Fill to 3 inches from top with milk. Variation: add chocolate chips or any fruit that has been sweetened with sugar.

Yield: 8 to 10 servings.
