Instructions: Place the fish skinside down in a buttered deep baking dish.
Or if desired first remove the skin. (Frozen fish may be cooked in its wrapping.) Sprinkle the fish with salt and cover the dish with aluminum foil. Cook in a 200 degrees oven for 30 to 40 minutes. Pour off the liquid and serve the fish hot with boiled potatoes peas mustard sauce or white sauce melted butter and allspice or white pepper. Email this Recipe:
